FAQ

Common questions.

Which exchanges and markets are supported?

Binance, Binance US, Coinbase, and Binance USD-M futures are supported today as market-data and Reference price venues. They are not live Tradee execution connections yet.

Does Tradee connect to my exchange or hold crypto?

No. Tradee does not connect to exchange or broker accounts, route orders, or custody funds. Live API outputs and webhook delivery stream modeled state to tools you connect.

Do I need to code?

Not for strategy design, backtesting, or paper trading: strategy logic uses a visual node graph. The supported integration path uses Live API outputs (SSE/REST) or webhook delivery into a trading tool or automation endpoint.

Do backtests predict returns?

No. A backtest is a historical simulation. It may not reflect slippage, changing market conditions, exchange outages, or future performance.

Does a feed event mean an order was filled?

No. A generated output event represents modeled state. It does not mean an exchange order was submitted or filled. Modeled positions are not exchange truth.

What happens if the demo does not load?

The demo is a separate app route and may occasionally be unavailable. You can still create a free account and explore the strategy builder and paper-trading workflow.
