Cookie Policy

How Tradee uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember preferences.

2. Cookies we use

Tradee keeps cookie use to the minimum needed to run the service:

  • This landing site does not set any cookies.
  • Strictly necessary session cookie - when you sign in to the platform, we set a signed session cookie that keeps you authenticated as you move between pages. The service cannot function without it, so it is not subject to consent.
  • Preferences - the platform may store interface preferences (such as language) so the app behaves consistently for you.

First-party analytics, when enabled, is cookieless. It records page path, referrer, browser, and a hashed IP on Tradee's own servers in the EU. On this public marketing site and the public interactive demo it may also record clicks, scroll depth, and a sample of session replays. Replay masking hides form inputs. Public-site and public-demo analytics honor browser Do Not Track. The signed-in platform records page paths, named product events, and an internal user id. It does not honor Do Not Track and does not collect heatmaps or replays. The landing site still does not set cookies.

We do not use advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics cookies.

3. Third-party cookies

When you make a payment, Dodo Payments may set its own cookies on its checkout pages. Those cookies are controlled by Dodo Payments and governed by its own cookie and privacy policies.

4. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking the strictly necessary session cookie will prevent you from signing in to and using the platform.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
